This project was my first fully-fledged usability study, and I learned a lot
Takeaways
We chose a difficult to analyze product, since ChatGPT only has 1 main task and a minimalistic interface.
Not much of our quantitative data was used in our analysis.
We interviewed 8 people, was probably too many as our analysis took a while.
